The Corporate Citizenship Coordinator is responsible for the administration of donations, maintenance of the Corporate Citizenship database, accurate maintenance of financial and donation reporting, and assisting with the logistical needs of strategic initiatives and partnerships.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Responsible for measurement and reporting of key initiatives within the Corporate Citizenship strategy 
  • Responsible for oversight of the Corporate Citizenship database, ensuring required updates, maintenance and training of teammates occurs within our preferred platform
  • Administer the intake of donation requests through Corporate Citizenship inbox, and assist with processing donations including but not limited to gift card orders and cheque requisitions
  • Execute donations related to Grand Openings across the store network, as well as other partnerships as assigned
  • Assist with activations related to Corporate Citizenship strategic partnerships and events · Coordinate logistics associated with regional and national in-store fundraising campaigns
  • Assist with the execution of company employee payroll donation campaign
  • Coordinate regular reporting cadence in accordance with the Corporate Citizenship measurement and evaluation framework · Represent the company at internal and external events related to the Corporate Citizenship strategy · Collaborate with peers to ensure cross-department cooperation and efficiency
  • Work with marketing analytics to evaluate performance and optimization of strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with team members on a regular basis to help ensure key initiatives are communicated internally and externally in a timely, engaging way
  • Support financial tracking, reporting and forecasting · Other duties as required

What you have to offer:

  • Undergraduate Degree or a DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
  • Experience in dealing with community organizations
  • Experience in the creation and execution of event plans
  • Experience with measurement and reporting models whether specific to Corporate Citizenship or broader ESG knowledge
