Job Description

  • The Content Coordinator supports project activities relating to the production, integration and distribution of editorial, video and food content supporting brand, seasonal and promotional events managed by the Integrated Marketing team.
  • Driven by consumer insights and market trends, help to produce campaign and drumbeat content for easy adoption within a multi-banner and omni-channel customer experience.
  • Support team goals: Optimize engagement and grow audience and top of mind awareness.
  • The Content Coordinator will be focused on project management within production guidelines and SOPs with a view to quality, process and operational efficiencies. Customer care and a collaborative service offering are within this role’s purview.
  • Commit to developing a positive and productive work environment.
  • Content Planning: Contribute to seasonal content plans informed by business campaigns, product activations, consumer insights, food and media trends; focus on structured content plan document development and maintenance. Tracking keyword research and social listening exercises are a key component to seasonal content planning.
  • Project and Asset Production: Support activities relating to briefing, product list management, proof review, distribution; translation, QA and approval of all content; includes asset tagging; support program integration across channels, recognizing and employing appropriate assets and managing inter-departmental communications.
  • Metrics and Performance Tracking: Support for continuous improvement toward a results focused content experience that aligns with business objectives and consumer insights; support oversight of content dashboard and scorecard.
  • Manage Ad Hoc Projects: As a member of the Integrated Marketing team; we will be asked from time to time to support projects beyond ongoing campaigns and events.

Job Requirements

  • Experience with editorial and video production within print and digital environment
  • Undergraduate Degree or a DEC with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience Training in food science, nutrition, diet or culinary arts is an asset
  • Training in copy writing, publishing or journalism is an asset
  • Experience with social listening tool; certification an asset
  • Certified in Google AdWords and Analytics; with working experience an asset
