This is a 12 month contract

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Ability to interpret complex analytics, reports & dashboards, research, 3rd party data and drive meaningful insights.
  • Aligning on data requirements to support measurement.
  • Own communication of insights to marketing functional leadership to inform their plans and strategies (e.g. flyer distribution performance by banners, regions, store performance on digital capabilities).
  • Deploy insights and key learnings into actionable recommendations for other organizational functions, through strong business knowledge.
  • Inform data-driven decision-making by educating and communicating analytics and research findings to the business leaders.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders on the effectiveness of the strategy at store level, banner level and regional level. 
  • Support customers, stores, and operations leadership by supporting the Customer Experience Measurement Survey, Mystery Shop Programs, and other research.

What you have to offer:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 3-5 years of business Consumer Insights experience 
  • Advanced Excel
  • Excellent analytical ability and strong business knowledge and communication skills 
  • Exposure to and understanding of Field Marketing, Integrated Marketing, CRM/Loyalty and E-Commerce
  • Leadership presence and proven ability to influence Executives, VPs
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as Tableau, Databricks, Snowflake)
  • Knowledge of customer store experience measurements
