We are looking for a talented and motivated Application Developer with 2–4 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining responsive, high-performance websites. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both front-end and server-side technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, Node.js, React, Next.js, and others. Experience with databases such as MySQL or MongoDB, along with configuring web servers.

You will be part of a collaborative cross-functional team tasked with delivering enterprise-grade websites focused on clean code, responsive user interfaces, scalability, and modern web architecture. Familiarity with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress, Azure Web Services, or modern deployment practices is a significant advantage.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy responsive and accessible websites.
  • Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA teams to implement user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) designs, along with feature requirements.
  • Write modular, scalable, and well-documented code using modern development practices.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, scalability, and SEO performance.
  • Develop and integrate APIs, web services, and third-party tools as needed.
  • Work with CMS platforms (such as WordPress or custom CMSs) to create templates and dynamic content.
  • Maintain version control using Git and participate in code reviews and CI/CD workflows.
  • Debug and resolve website issues, bugs, and performance bottlenecks.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and frameworks.

What you have to offer:

 

Required Skills and Qualifications

 

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in website development.
  • Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Understanding of modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., Vue.js, React, or Next.js).
  • Experience with at least one server-side language: PHP, Node.js, or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with web servers like Apache or Nginx.
  • Proficiency in working with databases: MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Familiarity with WordPress/WP Engine or other CMS platforms.
  • Exposure to hosting environments like Azure App Services for Node.js or PHP.
  • Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Knowledge of Git, version control best practices, and basic CI/CD workflows.
  • Ability to work in Agile/Scrum teams and participate in sprint planning, reviews, and stand-ups.

 

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker.
  • Basic understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP).
  • Knowledge of SEO and performance optimization techniques (e.g., Lighthouse audits).
  • Familiarity with security best practices (e.g., OWASP Top 10).
