We are looking for a relationship-driven and execution focused Senior Analyst to join the Technology team and play a key role in accelerating our Advanced Technology (Agentic AI, GenAI, Predictive analytics, Work process automation and transformation, etc.) applications across the enterprise. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, leading, assessing, and scaling proof-of-value exercises and deployments, and facilitating the enablement and acceleration of advanced technologies to maximize value, while ensuring its safe and ethical use.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

 

•    Market Research: Leveraging a combination of expertise and external research to identify emerging solutions, identify trends, capture opportunities, and conduct problem-solution fit to propose viable proof-of-value experiments.
•    Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teams, such as Cybersecurity, Enterprise Data Operations, Tech Solutions, Tech Operations, Finance, Communications, Learning and Development, and Technology solution vendor counterparts to achieve results.
•    Enterprise AI Advocacy & Integration: Act as a trusted advisor and connection point across business units by deeply understanding enterprise-wide challenges, workflows, and opportunities. Champion and progress the responsible adoption of advanced technologies by translating business needs into actionable plans, executing those plans, and fostering alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders.
•    Process Reimagination & Transformation Enablement: Lead the organization in preparing for and executing process reimagination initiatives—from discovery and opportunity framing through to implementation and value realization. Drive cross-functional collaboration to identify automation and AI-driven transformation opportunities that enhance efficiency, scalability, and innovation.
•    Lead Advanced Technology Proof-of-Value and Deployments: Lead and project manage across stages (discovery, kick-off, success measurement, requirements gathering, testing, iteration, socialization & sell-in, change management, deployment, feedback loop) and impacted stakeholders to achieve results.
•    Facilitating Advanced Technology Enablement and Acceleration Operations: Acting as key liaison to steward all Advanced Technology solution requests (embedded, built, and hybrid) through appropriate channels and maintaining registry of capabilities respective costs and realized value.

What you have to offer:

 

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, digital enablement or technology roles.
  • Strong preference for candidates with a technical background (e.g., computer science, engineering, data science) who are passionate about AI and emerging technologies. Experience working with data pipelines, analytics, or AI/ML models (including generative and agentic AI) is highly valued. Familiarity with process re-engineering methodologies and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value is a significant asset.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of working within and partnering across Technology organizations (Product Owners, Enterprise Architecture, Data Operations) & Technology operations (discovery, requirements gathering, use case identification, POC lifecycle, business casing, RFP process, UAT testing, deployment, measurement strategy and release management).
  • Proven track record of delivering priorities on time and on budget with increased engagement across key stakeholders.
  • Experienced project management skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and proactively recommends mitigation plans.
  • Experienced in creating and executing change management plans and activities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
  • Excels working cross-functionally and managing multiple stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with business partnership experience.
  • Self-starter with a bias for action.
  • Curiosity and passion for Advanced Technology in market solutions and adoption.
  • Curiosity and passion for work process improvement.
