Overview

Support the Private Label Team to successfully complete their objectives

Job Description

  • Maintain, analyze and answer any queries related to Private Label data across multiple systems, including providing regular communications with internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with multiple business units to define processes and Identify areas of improvement including technological requirements and considerations
  • Evaluate, provide input and execute process improvement projects (including documentation)
  • Support and facilitate change management and accurate set-up and maintenance of SKU information including listing/ changing the item in SAP and GS1, launching/ changing notifications to the regional offices which includes liaising with internal and external stakeholders with the development and execution of seasonal program development
  • Timely and accurate maintenance of SharePoint’s Intranet sites containing key strategic information for all internal users at various levels throughout Sobeys – primarily supply chain, replenishment and merchants
  • Provide ad-hoc reports and information as required by the Private Label team and other departments
  • Participate in the execution of strategic, cross functional initiatives (both Private Label and enterprise wide)
  • Preserve data integrity of product specifications, supplier information, etc. across multiple internal and external systems
  • Participate in system maintenance and process enhancements involving National Procurement, Internal Program Support, National Data Integrity, and Information Technology
  • Evaluate, develop and provide guidance on best practices for all processes and subprocesses related to product development
  • Develop job aids and provide training for to both internal and external parties on the hub and best practices around its usage
  • Build cross functional relationships to increase data and reporting presences
     

Job Requirements

•    College diploma and a minimum of one (1) year relevant experience 
•    Fluency in French preferred
•    Proficient in Microsoft Office 
•    SAP and GS1/ ECC net preferred
