Overview

Under the authority of the Director of Talent Acquisition , Office Sector and in close collaboration with the Human Resources business partners, the candidate will assume the technical and administrative support of recruitment process.

Job Description

More specifically, the candidate will be required to:

  • Responsible for submitting and processing in system all employee information for hiring, promotions and transfers.
  • Support employee on-boarding process by processing new hire documentation.
  • Run various HR reports.
  • Support and work closely with Human Resource Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Business Partner in the administration of various processes and files.
  • Work closely with payroll team to maintain integrity of data.
  • Collaborate with HR Data & Organizational Management team to make organizational changes.

Job Requirements

  • You have a DEC or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Industrial Relations combined with one (1) year of relevant experience or a college diploma in administration combined with four (3) years of relevant experience (any other combination deemed equivalent will be considered);
  • You are proficient in MS Office, SAP (an asset) and SuccessFactors;
  • You have good communication skills with various stakeholders (in French and English) both verbally and in writing;
  • You have good organizational skills, initiative, discretion, are autonomous and have excellent judgment;
  • You like to work in a team;
  • You have a sense of priority and urgency.
