Sobeys is full of exciting opportunities, and we are always looking for passionate new talent to join our team! We are currently looking for an Administrator Plan-o-grams. This is a hybrid role and there is an in-office 3 times a week.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Facilitate plan-o-gram execution through:
- Coordinating Test stores
- Communicating with various stakeholders ie; 3rd party implementation providers, Operations, Stores relines crews
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends
- Manage inquiries related to planograms through Emails, Salesforce, Phone and In person.
- Assist in maintaining planogram execution schedule through the Reline Execution Committee meeting, by taking minutes, sending updates, and following up where required.
- Compile reline compliance recap from sites and/or 3rd party execution teams
- Update SharePoint site with current planograms
- Focus on Continuous improvement on task completion and efficiency
- Manage generic POG inbox inquiries from stores and other stakeholders
- Coordinate test store planogram implementation
- Maintain and share rolling list of new and discontinued items
- Facilitate billings for third party services
- Facilitate billings for suppliers
- Maintaining all our databases such as Distribution List, Test Store list etc.
- Sending POG Communication to Stores on a weekly basis and as required
- Run and post/email reports ie; Range File, 1st Case distro etc.
What you have to offer:
- Merchandising and space management experience
- Experience in the retail grocery business
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingualism: The candidate will be expected to work with peers in other provinces in the expansion, development and implementation of tools and processes across Canada, as well as provide support to Sobeys employees across Canada
