Ready to Make an impact?
We’re looking for a hands-on GTM manager who can turn new platform capabilities into revenue by equipping internal teams and advertisers with the knowledge, tools, and inspiration they need to win.
This position will be based in our office in either Halifax, Nova Scotia or Mississauga, Ontario. We offer a competitive base salary plus commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package. We will also provide relocation assistance for qualified candidates interested in making Nova Scotia their new home.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
• Own the GTM playbook for every new MarTech & RMN release—positioning, messaging, launch plans, success metrics and post-launch optimisation.
• Evangelise across MarTech (Digital Experience, Digital Customer Engagement, Loyalty, In-Store Marketing, Personalisation) through briefings, lunch-and-learns, and on-demand assets.
• Enable RMN commercial teams (Sales, SalesOps, Ad Ops, Media Planning, Sales Strategy) and external advertisers with trainings, pitch decks, environments, FAQ banks and certification modules.
• Plan and deliver events—town halls, internal roadshows, advertiser webinars, industry conferences and virtual trainings—to drive product adoption and pipeline.
• Gather market & stakeholder feedback, translate it into product requirements and prioritise with Product Managers and Business Analysts; quantify impact through business cases and P&L tracking.
• Measure what matters: user adoption, advertiser penetration, revenue & margin by product line; visualise results and recommend next-step experiments.
• Champion best-in-class storytelling: turn complex ad-tech, data and integration topics into clear, benefits-led narratives for executive, technical and non-technical audiences.
• Act as subject-matter expert on Empire’s in-store digital signage, on-site/off-site media formats, loyalty data integrations, consent management and API roadmap.
