As a Business Analyst within our Marketing Technology team, you will be responsible for gathering business requirements, analyzing user needs, and translating them into technical specifications. You will collaborate closely with marketing teams, product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to improve the digital experience for our web and mobile platforms. Your efforts will contribute to delivering an engaging, efficient, and user-friendly experience for customers across digital touchpoints.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- • Work with stakeholders across marketing, product, and IT teams to gather and define requirements for enhancing web and mobile experiences on the Digital Experience Platform (DXP).
• Analyze customer and business needs to prioritize features and enhancements that align with strategic objectives.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories for technical teams.
Digital Experience Enhancement –
• Analyze user behavior and digital experience data to identify areas for optimization and improvement across web and mobile platforms.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data, customer feedback, and competitive analysis to continuously enhance the customer journey.
Cross-functional Communication –
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Support in change management processes and ensure that all impacted stakeholders are informed and prepared for new functionality or updates.
Testing & Validation –
• Support in the development of test plans and quality assurance processes to ensure digital experiences meet high standards.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that features and enhancements meet requirements and function as expected.
Project Management & Collaboration –
• Support the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects on the DXP, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure designs meet user requirements and deliver a superior user experience.
• Partner with developers to ensure that features are implemented according to business needs and technical feasibility.
Reporting & Documentation –
• Maintain documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, and project milestones.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders and senior leadership.

What you have to offer:
- Undergraduate degree in business or related field
- IIBA or other certification
- 3+ years of experience in a business analyst or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Clear and concise communication of ideas and concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage cross-functional collaboration
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
