We are looking for a Franchise Owner/Operator to lead our Glovertown Foodland, located in Glovertown, NL.

If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

  • Lead and create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit
  • Adherence to brand standards
  • Adherence to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines
  • Provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 20+ employees

What you have to offer:

 

  • Proven track record of business success
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Superior leadership and communication skills
  • Experience leading and building teams
  • Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail environment
  • Post-secondary education preferred  
  • Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators 
  • Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
  • Employment credit and background check required
