The purpose of this role is to support, promote and analyze Preferred Pharmacy Network Programs and to collaborate with Pharmacy Operations to support clinical program delivery.

Job Description

•    Prepare and coordinate MHCSI and Preferred Pharmacy Network (PPN) communication pieces 
•    Provide clinical department administration and business data services support 
     (including chronic disease navigation/on-boarding and provider listings, pharmacy service and other audits, KPI report cards, Specialty Connect)
•    Support Director Pharmacy Affairs and Category Management and Manager of Client Services by providing accurate business data (reports, presentations) and administrative
     services for MHCSI and Advocacy department 
•    Prepare professional services department presentations and provide administrative support to Consultant Pharmacists and MHCSI Team as required
•    Maintain MHCSI website and keep content up to date 
•    Provide administrative support and customer service to clients and pharmacies
•    Handle client information in a professional manner, discreetly and confidentially 
•    Coordinate clinical programs (including workplace clinics and health education services)
•    Thoroughly understands and adheres to all relevant company programs, policies and procedures and attends training as required

Job Requirements


•    College diploma and a minimum of 1-year relevant experience 
•    Proficient use or Excel , Outlook, and Word
•    Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
•    Experience working as Pharmacy Assistant/Technician or relevant experience
•    Data entry/integrity experience
•    Bilingual English and French an asset
•    Tableau and MailChimp experience an asset
