The Market Insights Specialist will play a key role in supporting our strategic insights in the delivery of business strategy. In this role, you will work closely with marketing and other relevant stakeholders to support their business needs and tailor solutions to provide insights.

Job Description

•    Accountable for performing deep level dives based on various sources of information available to support business strategies around customer behaviors and trends.
•    Responsible for tailoring, sharing and presenting insights to the internal clients
•    Manage relationship with 3rd party vendors regarding Consumer Trends ex. Mintel, Euromonitor, Trendsetters, etc.
•    Building clients relationship, develop strategies and solutions to address any gaps based on data gathered.
•    Develop insights proposals, manage insights projects and help design research questionnaires and ensure coordination and execution.
•    Perform data analysis and verification, draw insights; prepare reports and make recommendations based on the insights.
•    Works closely with the Marketing teams to ensure consumer insights at the forefront of marketing strategy 
•    Work with key stakeholders to develop and deploy tactical activities to achieve strategic priorities and objectives.
•    Work with leaders to provide marketing insights to help better understand customer’s perceptions, realities and specificities.


Job Requirements


•    Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
•    Minimum 5 years’ experiences in market insights related field both on the qualitative and quantitative projects.
•    Ability to build surveys using tools such as Qualtrics, Voxco, etc.
•    Knowledge of SPSS or related tools 
•    Knowledge of quantitative analysis methodologies
•    Good knowledge of surveying data collection tools
•    Strong presentation, story-telling and communication skills
•    Ability to use visualization tools such as Tableau
•    Ability to build partnerships, set and manage priorities, and meet deadlines, all within a multi-tasking environment
•    Proficient use of Microsoft Office suite
•    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining professional composure
•    Strong orientation for customer service
•    Proficient in English and French an asset
