Overview

 

Colborne Foodland is @10,000 sq. ft full service store including a HMR service counter. It’s the only grocer in the Town of Colborne serving over 3,200 customers. Colborne is a growing community and home to a number of local industries. It is located 1:20 hours east of Toronto and 40 minutes west of Bellville. Just south of the Famous Big Apple and 10 minutes from the popular Wicklow Beach.

Job Description

 

  • The opportunity to operate your own business, with the support of a corporate network

  • Lead and create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales, and profit
  • Provide direction and leadership for an entire store location of 50+ employees

Job Requirements

 

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Superior leadership skills
  • Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
  • 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams
  • Post-secondary education preferredKnowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
