This is a 12 Month Contract position.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Support a culture of inclusion for our employees, customers & teammates
- Deliver a compelling customer care experience representing Thrifty Foods, Sobeys & Safeway brand, being respectful to our customers and solving any order related customer problems
- De-escalate any continuous situations through understanding, empathy and empowerment
- Keep Leadership team informed of any emerging trends and potential escalations
- Follow the guidelines outlined in training
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories – floral & entertaining Meet or exceed, established key performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional communication style when engaging with customers, reflecting a "customer first" attitude.
- Develop strong working relationships with stores and other departments within the company.
What you have to offer:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful team relationships to drive results.
- Adaptable and open to coaching
- Proven customer service support skills, ideally with related experience.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proven time management skills, ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.

The salary range for this position in British Columbia $47,250-$57,250 We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
