Job Description

Oversee supply chain  processes (replenishment)
•    Build and maintain strategic vendor distribution relationships (regular reviews, follow-ups, etc)
•    Responsible to manage Fresh and Non-Fresh vendor fill-rate compliance policy
•    Ensure that Replenishment processes are aligned with Operations, Distribution and Merchandising teams
•    Identify and develop opportunities for inbound freight revenue generation (as required)
•    Influence the Replenishment team to successfully implement new processes
•    Work in collaboration with Merchandising Services to develop training programs for the Replenishment team to ensure continuous learning and development 
•    Actively research and identify process improvements  within the Replenishment industry and communicate key findings to Replenishment and Demand Planning as appropriate 
•    Identify and communicate business and process opportunities and  create presentations to enable decision making
•    Participate in cross functional replenishment and demand planning initiatives and projects
•    Support Merchandising initiatives by ensuring that supply chain solutions are in place to effectively service our customers


Job Requirements
  • An Undergraduate Degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
  • Experience of handling and interpreting data
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Solid communication skills and problem solving skills
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Office Excel (advanced level)
