Overview

We are looking for a Franchise Store Operator to lead our, Whitehorn FreshCo Located in Calgary, AB. If you are looking to lead all facets of a store operation including the strategic direction, vision, talent management and operational excellence of an overall store location, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

What you will demonstrate to us:

  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Superior leadership skills
  • Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store
  • 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams
  • Post-secondary education preferred
  • Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators
