Here’s where you’ll be focusing:

•    Provide on-going coaching for Franchisees through effective use of business advisory coaching conversations.
•    Actively engage in and monitor progress of training programs for new store managers
•    Foster Franchisee involvement in the community
•    Articulate key performance indicators (KPIs) to Franchisees and monitor/coach toward achievement of them.
•    Assist in creation of action plans to meet business requirements
•    Participate in the planning and development of the annual budgets
•    Deliver annual budgets and all key metrics within the budget
•    Identify, plan and react to market conditions
•    Works with Franchisees to build Winning conditions/profits program
•    Achieve financial targets; maximize sales and profits
•    Coordinate and work with respective teams for new store openings, closing and renovations
•    Coach Franchisee to make the right decisions for the business 
•    Review staffing requirements and coach/assist Franchisee in recruitment and retention
•    Follow-up on issues in food safety audits
•    Review peer to peer and disseminate best practices
•    Participate in action planning and working committees
•    Conduct quarterly Customer Experience Scorecard assessment (as required) 
•    Develop business plans as required and measure performance/ results against plan
•    Conduct store visits (90% travel required or as needed) in order to provide feedback on internal and external
•    Ensure that food safety guidelines are  followed in all locations
•    Ensure adherence to government regulations
•    Ensure competitive pricing is maintained in the market (as required)
•    Coach Franchisee on maintenance of a clean and safe work environment as per Company requirements
 

Key Support Accountabilities

•    Collaborate regularly with Specialist team, Merchandising, Customer Engagement/Experience to establish merchandising and customer experience strategies
•    Partner with Human Resources, Learning and Development, Change and other lines of business to support effectively lead people and their development
•    Collaborate and liaise with all lines of business that effect Discount to drive effective programs and processes.
•    Work closely with Discount Merchandising Team to provide feedback on programs.
 

What you have to offer:
