Overview

Provide customers with friendly and professional service. Ensure that all department operations are efficient and adequate through precise merchandising of displays. Actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement while adhering to all Food Safety Protocols, Standard Operating Procedures, corporate policies and Health and Safety, and other programs and initiatives.

Job Description

  • Provide customer service to meet customer needs
  • Supervise seafood personnel in the absence of Meat Manager
  • Process seafood orders
  • Receive Seafood orders
  • Merchandise seafood displays
  • Analyze and control shrink
  • Perform administrative duties as required
  • Adhere and implement all applicable company standards
  • Create a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances
  • loyalty, sales, and profit

Job Requirements

  • Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
  • Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
  • Full knowledge of department operations and skills
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills including attention to detail, time management,
  • and ability to multi-task
  • Able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
