Responsable for the supporting the Front End Manager in the overall operation of the front-end department, Work closely with the Front End Manager to develop the team and learn cash office procedures. Also required to provide top level customer service when helping customers at the till.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
- Provide customer service to meet customer needs
- Supervise and give direction front end staff
- Train, coach, and develop front end staff
- Assist with closing duties and cash up / opening duties as well
- Assist with scheduling and filling shifts
- Perform cash pick-ups
- Perform cash loans
- Perform till audits
- Perform till overrides
- Conduct item price checks
- Adhere and implement all applicable company standards
- Perform administrative duties as required
What you have to offer:
- Above average communication skills (both oral and written)
- Basic math skills
- Good work ethic and ability to multi task
- Variety of Shifts including evenings and weekends is required
Education
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 12 months experience
*PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN FRONT-END DEPARTMENT CONSIDERED AN ASSET*
