You are a builder, influencer, and change agent


In this exciting role, you will be responsible for leading a team of IAM audit and compliance team members that are skilled and knowledgeable in all facets of audit and compliance.  You will provide direction and guidance to ensure appropriate IAM governance and processes are in place to meet internal, regulatory and audit compliance objectives.  You will collaborate with stakeholders and provide detailed reporting, that is shared with senior leadership, which outlines requirements and outcomes defined by internal and external auditors.  You will provide the required evidence/s and artifacts to both our internal and external auditors to meet regulatory audit requirements.


You will also be accountable to perform internal control assessments and assist with continuous monitoring activities and help remediate any control deficiencies or findings. You will assess the design and operating effectiveness of complex IAM areas/controls and provide recommendations that improve the design, effectiveness, and efficiency of IAM control or process.
Lastly, you are an exceptional leader who drives for continuous improvements.  You will possess the skills to develop KPI’s and metrics that demonstrate the effectiveness of the IAM Compliance program. You will also be accountable for weekly / monthly reporting that articulates to our executives that value that the IAM Compliance program brings to our organization.

What you bring to the table:

 

  • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of information security access controls within internally and externally developed applications.
  • Evaluate the adequacy of key controls and related documentation and provide recommendations where areas for improvement exist.
  • Assist in the development and continuous improvement of processes and process documentation for new and existing applications
  • Passionate about providing development opportunities to team members, including the identification of training requirements, creation and implementation of appropriate development plans.
  • Enjoys working in collaboration with our Cyber Security & IAM teams to constantly improve and evolve our enterprise Identity and Access Management program to be best of breed.
  • Serve as a key IAM audit and compliance contact, explaining the internal assessment processes and scope, keeping executive leadership apprised of IAM key risks and issues.
  • Assist in the design and drive the execution of IAM audit readiness efforts and key advisory reviews performed by our IAM compliance team.
  • Assist the IAM compliance team with the development and the implementation of management action plans to mitigate weaknesses and providing thought leadership on the appropriateness of the plan.

    
What you have to offer:

 

  • An undergraduate degree or diploma in computer science, engineering or related technical discipline.
  • 3+ years of industry experience working in Identity & Access Management environment.
  • 2 - 3 years of experience focused on compliance and/or internal audit.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in access controls security including SAP (ECC and/or S/4), is required.
  • Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively to senior leadership .
  • Extensive experience leading large, diverse teams (coaching, mentoring, guidance and support, creating an engaging work environment).
  • Experience with IAM tools and technologies, including but not limited to, IAM platforms (Sailpoint, Saviynt, BeyondTrust, ManageEngine, CyberArk. OKTA etc), Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), is required.
  • CIAM, CAMS, CIGE, or similar industry certification, is preferred.
     

The salary range for this position in [British Columbia] is [$90,666K - $125,000K per year]. We will consider factors such as your working location, work experience and skills as well as internal equity, and market conditions to ensure that you are paid fairly and competitively.
